Toll roads
In Lithuania, fees are charged only for trucks and buses. There is no charge for cars. Vehicles of categories N1 and M2 are classified as trucks!
Category N1 includes small vans and pickup trucks (eg Pegault Boxer or Nissan Navara), while category M2 includes minibuses with more than 8 seats (Mercedes Sprinter).

Vignette in Lithuania
1-day vignette – valid until midnight of the current day (if a receipt issued on the day indicated on the vignette is presented, it is valid 24 hours from the date indicated on the receipt).
7-day vignette – valid for 7 days (for example, from January 20, 2019 to January 26, 2019 inclusive).
Vignette for 1 month – valid by the same day of the next month (for example, from 01/20/2019 to 02/19/2019 inclusive).

Parking in Vilnius
Almost all parking spaces in the central part of Vilnius are paid. The parking spaces in the middle are divided into 4 paid zones: blue, red, yellow and green. The most expensive parking is in the blue zone, and the cheapest is in the green zone.
The period for which you need to pay depends on the zone:
- Blue Zone – weekdays from 8 am to midnight;
- Red zone – from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00;
- Yellow Zone – Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00

After paying for parking in the green zone, the car can only be parked in the green zone. After paying for parking in the yellow zone, the car can be parked in both the yellow and green zones. Road payment options in Lithuania
The minimum parking fee is 10 cents. To collect money, parking meters are used that accept coins in denominations of 10, 20, 50 cents and 1 and 2 euros.

Speed limit

Alcohol
The maximum allowable blood alcohol level is 0.4‰ .
If the blood alcohol level is more than 0.4‰ and less than 1.5‰, the fine is between 800 and 1100 euros and you are not allowed to drive a car for a period of 1 to 1.5 years. If the accident was committed at the same time, the fine is from 1200 to 1500 euros and deprivation of driving for a period of 3 to 5 years.
For drivers of taxis, motorcycles, mopeds, vehicles with a total mass of more than 3.5 tons or with more than 9 seats, as well as for drivers whose driving experience does not exceed 2 years, the maximum allowable blood alcohol level is 0.0 ‰ .
If the blood alcohol level of such drivers is between 0.01 and 0.4, then the fine is from 150 to 300 euros, and for young drivers – from 230 to 300 euros.
Transferring the right to drive a vehicle to a person who is in a state of alcoholic intoxication or under the influence of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or other psychoactive substances is punishable by a fine of 90 to 140 euros.
Driving while intoxicated with narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or other psychoactive substances is punishable by a fine of 800 to 1100 euros and deprivation of a driver’s license for a period of 1 to 1.5 years.
