In Latvia, passenger cars only pay for the   bridge to Jurmala  .

Driving fines in Latvia

In Latvia, there is a system of points, when drivers are awarded criminal points for violating traffic rules. The maximum number of points is 10 points for drivers with less than two years of driving experience and 16 points for other drivers. For one violation, you can get a maximum of 8 points. Upon reaching the maximum number of demerit points, the driver is given a driving ban for 1 year.
