In Latvia, passenger cars only pay for the bridge to Jurmala .
The fee for motorcycles and cars weighing up to 3.5 tons is 2 € and is payable from April 1 to September 30. If vehicles weighing more than 3 tons do not have a paid vignette, the driver faces a fine of 60 € to 120 €, while the carrier will receive a fine of 300 € to 500 €. If he does not have a vignette at all, the driver will be fined from 180€ to 360€, and the carrier from 500€ to 1000€.

Driving fines in Latvia
In Latvia, there is a system of points, when drivers are awarded criminal points for violating traffic rules. The maximum number of points is 10 points for drivers with less than two years of driving experience and 16 points for other drivers. For one violation, you can get a maximum of 8 points.
